“SPRING INTO FITNESS” CLEANSE

By Bart Rosser
If you are frequently tired and suffer from low energy levels, you may want to consider cleansing your body.

We are all exposed to thousands of toxins and chemicals on a daily basis; whether at work or at home, through the air we breathe, through our food and water supply, and through the use of pharmaceutical drugs. Even more alarming is the fact that the consumption of sugars, refined carbohydrates, and processed foods is rising rapidly. We also abuse our bodies with many stimulants and sedatives, especially during the cold and flu seasons. For these and many other reasons, we must find ways to protect ourselves. A herbal cleanse is a great way to set us on the right path towards lower toxic levels, healthier eating plans, and an improvement in our overall health.
Scientists have found high pollution levels in humans. Research shows that our bodies cannot eliminate all the toxins and chemicals we take in every day. These toxins accumulate in our cells (especially fat cells), tissues, blood, and organs. Many of these toxins come from processed foods, which cause a build up in the body, particularly in the colon. Parasites can also be a problem. “In fact, parasites have killed more humans than all the wars in history,” reported National Geographic.
The herbs and minerals found in a basic cleanse will support and enhance the normal cleansing functions of the liver, heart, lungs, kidneys, skin, and lymphatic system. These nutrients will also support and enhance the natural cleansing function of the colon, bypassing the negative effects of using harsh laxatives.

When To Do a Herbal D-Tox
If you experience one or more of the following, then it is time to detoxify:
-         Frequent fatigue and low energy          - Recurring headaches
-         Excess weight                                       - Chronic constipation
-         Food allergies                                       - Powerful food cravings
-         Impaired digestion                                - Skin problems
-         Irritability, mood swings                     - Candida infection
-         Frequent colds
-         Desire for general maintenance of your body (enhance well-being)

Good health allows our bodies to operate at their peak performance. If our overall health is poor, that five mile jog or workout at the local gym will be accompanied with a lack of energy and a quick onset of fatigue. The simple thing to do is to get back on a healthy eating plan for life and avoid common “quick fix diets.” Kickstart your new program by picking up a basic cleanse. A cleanse will increase the absorption of nutrients in your body, therefore leading to an increase in your endurance and strength levels. This in turn will make workouts at the gym much more effective and achievable. Combining a herbal cleanse with a new workout program is the perfect start to a new and healthy life. A herbal cleanse is a first step in the right direction. It is up to us to hit the gym regularly and to continue to eat healthy in order to maintain our health and well being. Help reach your fitness goals and stay motivated by scheduling a personal training session with a trainer at your local gym or bring a friend to sign up with you. Getting into shape does not have to be a solo effort.
